HOW DO I REPLACE THE HEATER BLOWER ON MY 53 REG CITROEN DISPATCH?

THE HEATER DOESNT WORK SO A GHESS IT IS THE BLOWER AS IT DOES NOT BLOW

I recently disconnected the power from one of the blowers on my van due to a very annoying whine it was creating, quite easy to just pull out. It might be worth checking if yours have been disconnected; there's a blower under the steering wheel and one under the glove box.
