Countax C600H Servicing Requirements?

I bought an elderly (9 year old) C600H garden tractor a year ago to keep 2 acres of rough pasture in hand. The condition of the tractor is excellent and I'd like to keep it that way. I've 'phoned Countax 3 times to inquire about purchasing a manual and each time been promised one (FOC) but nothing has ever arrived.

Does anyone know of a source for a manual other than Countax?
Failing that, would anyone be kind enough to tell me what the annual servicing details are?
