front forks?

not being funny but you do know u have to take them off the bike(the forks) do one at at a time slide off dust cap then prise out the clip holding the seal in place...then at the bottom of fork leg there should be a cap head screw to undo, you will have to hold the fork tube(maybe in a vice to undo) then grip fork leg while still in vice pull sharp to pop out seal,,,,let me know how u get on
