dishwasher won't drain?

i have a maytag and have only had it for 6 months. It goes threw the wash cycle fine but will not drain out at the end. We replaced the disposal an don't know if we didn't put something back correct please help.

You Forgot to Remove the Disposal Drain Port Knockout Plug
This usually only applies to the situation where you just installed a disposal and connected the dishwasher drain hose to the drain port on the disposal. It's on the side of the new disposal.
