sounds like one of the solenoids is not working, if you take the lid off the machine you will see either 3 or 4 solenoids in the rear left corner with rubber hoses going into them, one of them will be broken or blocked. Unless you know how to use a multimeter you'll need to get someone to test them. Any electrician worth his salt should be able to do this for you.
