THE FRONT DIAL JUST PULLS OFF, THEN THERE IS A CIRCLIP HOLDING THE BLACK CONTROL ON, REMOVE THE CIRCLIP AND PULL OFF THE BLACK DIAL, THERE IS A 1" HEX NUT IN THE MIDDLE WHICH YOU NEED TO UNDO (ANTICLOCKWISE), TURN THE WATER OFF BEFORE UNDOING THIS NUT, YOU ARE THEN INSIDE THE VALVE, FOR PARTS CALL NATIONAL SHOWER SPARES 0845 126 4141
