Check that you have performed the service and fitted the kit correctly. You may have overtightened something and destroyed an o-ring, so may need to take it all apart and check the o-rings and their seatings. Check for scale and debris at the same time. It is often possible to have used the wrong o-ring if there was a choice in whatever kit you bought.
