Triton jade 2 will not turn off?

I think you may need a new solenoid valve as the same thing has just happened to me. Apparently this is quite common with Tritons (so a plumber told me) The part costs about £25, you can replace it yourself although I was advised to get someone in who knows what he's doing as it is a fiddly job.
