Mend Triton rapide 3 plus Shower Low Pressure Light Cold

is my shower dead!?

i have a triton rapide 3 plus shower that is showing a low pressure light. the shower still runs, but only cold water when turned on.this only started after most of the water pipes in my bathroom were frozen for around 36 hours.i have never had an issue with low pressure in the past.any advice would be great.
