whirlpool oven & clock wont work after power cut ,but grill ok?
after every power cut the display says stop and the clock wont set,the lower oven wont work.sometimes after months of trying to set the clock it will set and the oven then works,useualy after a few weeks/months theres another power cut and its back to clock/oven not working.(the top oven/grill works ok all the time power cut or not)
The following worked for me: switch off at the wall; make sure the function knob is at O; hold down button 2 (the middle button) and switch on the power. Display then shows --:--, at which point I was still unable to set the clock but found the oven to be otherwise working. Now the strange bit! After cooking a meal I was able to set the clock!!!
