Mend Creative Zen Stone Plus Not Holding

why is my zen stone plus not holding all the songs?

I purchased a zen stone plus and starting transfering songs thru windows media player and it held about 90 songs. And now if I try to add more....it says it was added but when i turn the player on....no additional songs.

I even tried going thru my computers and adding songs that way. Is the zen defective?

try going on to the player it self and changing settings on it try changing it to MTP mode and DONT USE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER try just using my computer or explorer. if any of this was helpfull or you got more questions pleas email me at cnvirus@live.com p.s. we got a new site coming soon to help with mp3 and computer problems.
