I have an Indesit washing machine that does the same thing - seems to be at the end of the cycle and Show F-13, I fixed it though.
When you call Indesit service they will tell you that an engineer has to be called at £150 and there is no gurantee that he'll fix it. Depending on the clerk they'll say it's either the Dryer Motor, the Heating Element or the Thermistor.
I took a look at the washing machine myself and in my case it was due to broken wires on the Thermistor, they didn't appear broken at first but acutally under close inspection you can see that they are only hanging on to the crimps by the plastic insulation - the vibration wears out the copper and it snaps.
I soldered mine back on ad it's fine now, I am concious though that the solder may melt if I ever use the dryer, so the best thing to do is to buy more crimps and re crimp the wires - you can get these at Halfords
