Yeah all the bulbs are the correct ones I do not have a trailer socket fitted so I will check the earth connections. Thank you for a quick reply

more than likely a poor earth connection to rear light clusters,check body earth points for rear lights..if you have a seven pin socket fitted for trailer this could also give you problems. i take it that bulbs are correct to their relevant holders-single/doublecontact etc
