Cigarette Lighter 51plate Transit?

Hi I've got a 51 plate Ford Transit T280 the cigarette lighter thingy aint working and i also cant find the fuses any idea where they might be? and also where abouts will the battery be it aint in the bonnet thank you.

fuses are located under the dash bucket/cup holder on passenger side (whole thing lifts out)
