this code means waste toner full...u can empty toner bottle which is located at left side of machine towards the back under a cover which is held on by 1 screw . empty bottle and clean neck of bottle

This is an easy one and yes you can do it yourself.
E019 means that the waste toner container is full or the machine thinks it is. If you look at the machine from the left side you will see a panel in the botom rear corner. If you take it off inside is a plastic container. Empty out the waste toner. In the neck of the container you will see two clear circular windows. The level of the waste is detected by an infrared beam through these windows. Make sure they are claen and also wipe the two sensors in the machine that shines through them. Turn the machine off and remove the mains plug while doing this and avoid creating any dust. Waste toner can be put in a plastic bag and disposed of in normal waste. When you power up the machine the error should have gone. good luck.
