Jacky try a company called Laminate Solutions (www.laminatesolutions.co.uk) a friend used them to repair a big dent in his floor. You couldnt tell where it was when theyd finished.

All but impossible, unfortunately as the laminate is very thin and once damaged, thats it. You could maybe use some wood filler of the same colour but the finish will be poor. It all depends on what you will accept.
