where is the heater glow plug relay /vauxhall combo?

where is the heater glow plug relay on a vauxhall combo van as it is
showing 12 volts on a volt meter after the engine starts, burning out the glow plugs (their not cheap its a isuzu engine)

I'm not familiar with that vehicle, but most modern diesels hold their glow plugs "on" for a while after the engine starts. You may be seeing normal behaviour, but you can check by removing the relay (when you find it) and checking for continuity between the two large terminals; there shouldn't be any.
