Where is water pump on the hot point Aquarius wm 30 washing machine. ?

Water isn't draining and iv cleaned the filter out.

When you say ' I took the bottom panel off the back of the machine,' do you mean you had to get underneath the machine, or is there a panel I can remove if I manage to pull the machine away from the wall?

As workman 1 said check the motor & wiring. I had same problem - this was ok. I then drained the water from the outlet pipe & then disconnected the 'Black' pipe from the underside of the drum, this allowed me to clear out the 'ball filter' (which was full of coins). This might just do the trick! But whilst your there, you're as well to disconnect & dismantle the pump. You'll need to tip the machine over to unfix it from the base. Three star-shaped allen-screws is all that holds it together. I done this & found a 'hair-grip' stuck in the pump. That fixed it for me. Just make sure to put everything back the way you found it, and be carefull not to break any wires. :-)

ok, I took the bottom panel off the back of the machine, checked damaged/burnt wires all was fine. located the pipe that feeds the waste and gave that a few squeezes (black rubber pipe), found a blockage in the waste cleaned that out, put machine on quick wash and it worked fine!! it seems as though the blockage and the squeezed worked.

When the lights come on in the middle of a cycle it is normaly because the program has been abandoned because of a major error; the Items to check are:
• Motor (check for broken wires)
• Pump, drain hose and associated plumbing(check for blockages)
• Pressure chamber, Pressure switch including pipes and wiring.
