I found changing mine (P reg.) quite straight forward after I had solved the problem of removing the bottom hose. In the end this involved cutting through the bottom pipe on the radiator. I spoke to the new rad. supplier who said he used a small angle grinder. I started to saw through it with a pad-saw this proved to be a labour of love! It is plastic and I finally melted through it with an electric soldering iron. This was easy and had I thought of this at once it would have been quite a short job though I can't remember how long. See "Haynes" for details of a header tank (plastic drinks bottle) and I seem to remember I had one less bleed nipple than the book said but I think that varies with different cars. Take care removing the clips at the top corners of the rad. as I broke the mounting on one though it didn't seem significant as the clip still worked.
