Mend Worcester Lock Oil

My Worcester Danesmoor 15/19 keeps going into lock out?

There is plenty of oil in the tank, and the pipes start heating up quite nicely before it locks out. It runs for approx 5 minutes before locking out. What are the possible causes of a lock out?

Hi Ian,

Sounds like a number of things, firstly a good service, clean, change the nozzel, check pressure, set air ratio.

The assuming the coil, photocell and capacitor are all in good condition I would be checking your flue for obstructions, looking for possible flue-gas recycling as a cause of the flame out.
