Mend Dyson 07 Vacuum Cleaner Filter

Is this belt from my Dyson 07?

4mm diameter cross section belt (circular) about 20 inches round found on the floor following a good filter cleaning session.. Has it fallen form my dyson 07? If so where from.. the brush still rotates.

It's not the drive belt: That's flat, about 15mm wide and 3mm thick.

My guess is it's the seal ring that goes round the lip of the dust canister bottom lid or the sealing ring off the filter housing..
