Mend Craftsman 917.270610 Mower Gas Riding

how can I fix my lawn mower?

seems that gas and oil keep mixing in my craftsman riding mower and white smoke comes out [ a lot ]; when I check the oil reservoir, its mixed with gas.

Sounds like you need a carb rebuild. The engine is flooding, possibly caused by debris stuck somewhere in the passages of the carb. After that is done then keep the air filter clean to help prevent this from happening again.
