How can I bypass my immobiliser on a renault megane '95?

How can I bypass my immobiliser on a renault megane '95? The transponder keys (both) has stop working and I can't get the car to start.

There are websites where you can buy an immobiliser bypass for £85. If not look on ebay and get a cheap spares/repair megane + swap the ECU, fusebox interior receiver (usually in front of sunroof near lights) and the keys - go to Renault and its approx £800 hence why its cheaper to do it yourself!!
