I HAVE SONY (VAIO) 32 GB PEN DRIVE... BUT ITS SHOW ONLY 500MB... IT DOESN'T FORMAT... HOW I CAN RECOVER FULL SPACE (32 GB) ON IT. ITS ALSO SHOW ONLY FAT SYSTEM. CAN IT REPAIR....?????

USE THAT SPACE.
SONY CAN NOT MAKE ANY PEN DRIVE 32GB.
IT MAKE 16GB PEN DRIVE.

You probably have one of the fake ones with a hacked firmware.

I'd guess that this is due to the fact the drive is formated as FAT.

I'd format as FAT32 and maybe check on Google to decide on the best file allocation unit to reflect the type of files you'll be putting on the drive.
