where is the horn situated on my 1999 ford escort lx 1.8?

I've checked the fuses etc. and my horn still doesn't work can you tell me where it is situated so i can check the connections etc My car is a ford escort 1.8LX 5 door uk model i need to get it working because the mot test is due
