Mend Suffolk 43S Buy Engine Running

I need a manual for suffolk punch 43s. Where can I buy one?

The engine is running rich and stops after 2/5 mins with the spark plug black & sooted.

If this is the black engine with the green covers, the jet adjustment screw is horizontally fixed into the side of the carburettor. Turn it fully in then back out 3/4 of a turn. Also make sure the air cleaner is clean.
