how can i fix my worcester 24i boiler?

get rid of it i have one and it has gone wrong 3 times in 1 year and was installed by a qualified man from bosch and dont last . this is the worst boiler i have ever had and bosch are no f***ng help

re ignite pilot
look for instructions on how to ignite pilot. (on boiler).
Usually push pilot down and hold for 30 second.
then press ingintor and then release, this should light the pilot.
if pilot keeps going of the re-new themo couple.
costs about 10 to 15 pounds.
