Mend Hotpoint DWF31 Timer Hours

Hotpoint DWF31 - All cycles on timer show 2 hours or are erratic?

Whenever we choose a cycle i.e economy or whatever the cycle time shows 2 hours. The timer seems to have a mind of its own at other time the cycle will show 35 mins. Is the control card at fault
