battery and alltinator have been checked but car battery goes flat all the time any ideas

sounds like your power is being drained due to possible sterio fault ,boot/ tail gate / glove box light staying on.get sterio checked out and to check the above mentioned lights feel the bulb covers for any heat after a journey you can also check boot/tailgate light by lowering rear seat back rest to look in that area good luck.
