Mend Vauxhall Vectra V6 Know Wrong

do you know what might be wrong with my v6 vectra?

vauxhall vectra v6 96/97,ran low on oil so topped it up,and straight away it pumps blue smoke out of exhaust when u rev it,but runs ok,and no smoke on idle,can anyone HELP.

head gaskets sounds like the culprit my friend or it is a possibility that it could bethe turbo if it has one cheers
