my peugeot 306 is turning over but not starting?

my peugeot 306 is turning over but not firing up its a 97 turbo diesel i took 1 fo the relay boxes out 4 a different car an now iv put 1 back in it it wont go

try some easy start. you get it in most petrol stations. get a mate to sit in car turning it over. take off the air filter cover and spray the stuff down the pipe. DONT GO OVER THE TOP WITH THE STUFF THOUGH!!!
