Mend Matsui MWM145W Stopped Working Error

how to fix matsui mwm145w washing machine?

my washing machine stopped working according to the manual the machine has a configuration error. this means that the machine does not operate on any cycle. is there any way of fixing this myself or is it a specialist job.
