Mend NEFF V5340XOGB Washer Working Noise

NEFF washer dryer not doing anything - Error E13 ?

I have a NEFF washer dryer (V5340XOGB) and it stopped working. Now when its switched on it makes a noise like its about to work then gives fault code E13 and beeps.
I think it was overloaded a couple of days ago and wasnt too happy. I washed another load ok, then the next load didnt complete and I got the error message.
Is there a way to reset the machine or something?

thought i'd add an update about this...
basically I called out engineer. It seems the 'motherboard' had broken which was a secondary fault after the solonoid (for the dryer function) had jammed open. I was told that both could be replaced but unfortunately the cost was around £300.
Don't think it's worth it though - some of the other parts could go next week!
