Mend Murray Lawn Mower Blade

how do i get my blade to turn on my murry?

on a two blade murry one side turns fine the other side turns for a minute and then binds up.igot a rope tangled in the one side,i've changed the blade but it still binds.

sounds like you didnt' get all the rope out. You need to take the blade off and look to see if there isn't still rope between the shaft and the housing. If it was a nylon rope it will melt to the shaft and restrict the shaft fron turning after a minute or so. So take the cutting arm apart and check to see if thats not your problem.
