Mend Lines Picture Going

lines on cctv?

my outside cctv camera has got a picture but there are lines going down the screen making it difficult to see anthing have rewired the unit including the coax when you first swithch it on there is a clear picture but after around 30 sec the lines come back has anyone got ant idea what the problem could be thanks
