how can I fix my box fan, made in China, model no.BF20A?

I plug it in but nothin comes on. No buzz, no noise from it at all. I think it may be the off/on switch? It's made in China, model no. BF20A. Shell Electric Mfg.(Holdings)CP LTD 120 V 0.75A 60Hz
