Mend Briggs & Stratton 122323 Engine Manual Start Lawn

I would like a copy of B and S Manual for ?122323 engine please?

I have just bought an old B and S Rotavator which started first time. I then ran out of petrol but after refilling it would not start. Can anyone please help?
