How do I fix my Zanussi Fridge Freezer?

Hi My Fridge Freezer was turned off for months, when I filled it up with booze and turned it on, it no longer worked. The compressor is making a noise, and Ive tried messing with the controls, but nothing!
Any ideas? or a good technitian in central London.
