How do you dry a wet samsung phone?

How do you dry a wet samsung phone? It was dropped and submerged in water and now been trying to dry for 5 days but it won't switch on again

try to contact your local phone repairs shop which and they should be able to recover the phone back. this is a highly delicate procedure requiring chemicals , so the towel wrap on the radiator will not work.
