loosen the four wheel studs,jack up the side you need to work on always use axle stands to support the vehicle so it makes it safe to work on ,when the vehicle is safe ,remove the four studs and wheel ,remove the centre hub cap then using a 30mm socket and big bar undo the nut and remove,now just give the drum a tap withthe hammer all the way round the drum it should loosen the break shoes which is causing the problem,if the drum will not come off while pulling and turning the drum,you will need to use some screw drivers ,place one at the top and one at the bottom between the drum and the back plate then try and force the drum off , you might break the clips which hold the shoes to the back plate,once the drum has been removed you need to clean the shoes and look for the make ie bendix or lucas or another brand also check the wheel cylinder is not leaking if its leaking it will need to be replaced,also you will need to check the other side to see if that wheel cylinder is ok, then you need to replace all faulty parts ,also check the drum sometimes it can become out of shape you might not find this out, until you have fitted new shoes, also if you are fitting new wheel cylinders you will need to bleed the rear break system , hope this helps cheers mark.
