i would check all oil ways and feeder pipes are clear then get lashed in the face with a wet cod for buying a renault in the first place..lol..(sorry)

change oil and filter first run car for couple days then adjust your tappets (inlet 0.10mm exhaust 0.20 mm engine cold when adjusting ) go to library and get a haynes car manual out to show you how to do it

Would definitely check your oil level,maybe an oil change and filter would help if they haven`t been done for a while
