how do i fix indiset model wg1130d sn/202266421?

I've got a indesit wg113d, which i'm asuming is the same as wg1130d. Any how opened to top of my machine by removing two screws behind, behind the machine there are some other screws which can be taken out to sort of lift out the back plate and allows access to the motor, drum and belt and other stuff. You might able to get to the 3 inch rubber pipe that attached to the lowest part of the drum which is for draining this could be undone to reveal and hole and then reach for the item thats stuck.
