how can ifix my hygena apl 8224?

my integrated hygena apl 8224 will run the full program
but the water is not heating up
how do i fix the problem

I think I have the same problem. Not sure what model mine is but it is Hygena semi integrated. It goes throught he cycle but doesn't heat up or dry. I assume it is the heating element that has gone. If you find any further info please respond.
