My Sylvania MP3 player disk won't install on the computer?

Sylvania SMPK2021 MP3 player. The MP3 program disk will not install onto my XP computer. Does anyone have any suggestions. Is there any way to down load music onto the MP3 player without the program installed?

You can take the music tab and make it take up half the screen and then take the mp3 tab and fill the other half....then click and drag the music onto the mp3 tab :D

use the firm ware update that is on the disk first.

I have the same player. The software is horrible anyway. Use the Windows Media player "sync" tab to drag and drop the files you want, and then sync using button on bottom right. I used the "my computer" widow to copy files as well. As a side note, I think I might take mine back. The file system is archaic.
