Can i download software for conwa mp3?

Hi there, I also got a conwa mp3 player from Coles and have no idea where to start. Am new to mp3 players. My D drive isnt working so cannot run the cd. Can i download the software from anywhere? Please explain in easy terms ;) as am not computer wizz!!! cheers
