how can i fix(chef baroness delux electric wall oven)?

I have a Chef Baroness Deluxe electri wall oven.i can't make cake it gets burnt.even at 180......pls help

Check the fan is working. Our fan failed and we didn't know it. Cakes cooked only in the part near the element

As a complete cooking outsider, are you saying that the oven gets too hot? You'll be needing a new thermostat if it does. PS I can't make cake either....!
