Mend Creda Concept Solar Plus Repair Heating Fault

Creda concept solar plus Why only half the grill working?

When the double grill is on only the left side of the elements come on. When I put the top oven on only the right side of the grill elements come on! Is there a fuse that affects the use of both sides of the elements that has blown?

The control knob for the grill is a two way control.
You twist it clockwise to use the full grill and anti-clockwise to use the single element. Maybe this is the problem. Hope this helps.
