Mend Ford 1999 Cougar Problem Bought

Ford Cougar automatic Transmission Problem?

I have just bought a 1999 Ford Cougar V6 Automatic with 100k on the clock. The Transmission is ok until she gets up to 70mph, then it starts dropping down a gear, then back up and down etc. Even when I slow down, it still keeps changing down, then back up. Any ideas ?
