Mend Singer Inspiration Time Machine

How to time a Singer Inspiration sewing machine?

Hi,
I have a Singer Inspiration sewing machine. I bought it new last year. I was sewing some jeans, the needle got jammed, the timing was 'thrown out' on my machine. I have looked everywhere for a manual but can't find one. Can you help me re. timing it?
