BEKO Fridge Freezer making wheezing sound?

My Fridge freezer is making a wheezing sound, even when the motor turns off the wheezing sound can still be heard long time after.
Also the drainage hole is blocked, which is supposed to be fixed with the little plunger they supply (I have done that before and it worked, now it does not work).
Hope anyone can help. The noise is getting louder and more often and really anoying. I fear the F/F might stop working and I would not be able to afford a new one!
